We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@skiladder.com within 12 days of receiving your order.
Returns or refunds may be accepted for unused products in original condition. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
